Cancellation Policy

Elegant Nail Spa Dawsonville is delighted to serve you. Please notify Elegant Nail Spa at least 1 hour in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, including changes to the appointment time or technician. The warranty period is 1 week from the date the service is completed. For example, if you book an appointment on December 10, 2024, and receive your service at 10:00 AM on December 12, 2024, your warranty will be valid until 10:00 AM on December 17, 2024. (After this period, we will not accept any further warranty requests.)
